How will my order be delivered?

All orders placed via the Airdestic webshop are delivered by PostNL, DHL.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Yes, once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to track the progress of your package. You can use this tracking number on the courier's website to view the estimated delivery date and current location of your package.

What payment options are available?

We offer a variety of payment options to make it as easy as possible for you. You can pay with Ideal, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Klarna. At checkout you can view the available options and choose the most suitable method.

When do I receive my order?

If you order before 11:00 PM on working days, your order will be delivered the next working day. In very rare cases, your package may be delayed. In that case you can always contact us.

Can I change my order?

You can always email us with a request to change your order. In some cases this is still possible if the package has not yet been offered to PostNL. You can always send an email. We always respond quickly. Please include your order number and indicate what needs to be changed.

The payment failed or declined

If the payment has failed, we recommend checking whether the amount has been debited from the account. If this is not the case, the order can be placed again. Please contact our customer service if the amount has been debited but you have not received an order confirmation.

My order has not yet arrived, what should I do?

If your order has not yet arrived
within the estimated delivery time, we recommend that you first receive your order confirmation and

I have not received a confirmation by email, what should I do?

If you have not received an acknowledgment of receipt, order confirmation or delivery notice by email, we recommend that you first check your spam or junk mail folder to see if the emails ended up there by mistake.

If you cannot find the emails in your spam or junk mail folder, it is best to contact Airdestic customer service by sending an email to info@airdestic.com

Returns

At Airdestic, returning your purchase is no problem. You have 30 days to try the product. If it does not meet your expectations, you can return it for free. If something is not entirely clear or the product does not work as expected, a return may not be necessary. We can often easily solve the problem for you. Check the frequently asked questions page about your product or simply contact us. We know our products inside and out and can almost always quickly offer a solution that meets your needs or remove any ambiguities. Do not hesitate to contact us; we are here to help!

Free return

Returning the product is completely free. You will receive a return label that has already been paid for by us.

What are the return conditions?

Please report your return to us within 30 days of purchase
The product must be clean, undamaged and complete
The packaging must be undamaged. If any damage has occurred, please let us know first

How do I register my return?

Returns procedure for Airdestic

To return a product and receive a refund, follow the steps below:

1. Contact us first: Send an email to info@airdestic.com and send the information: Order number - First and last name. Indicate that you want to return the product. We would appreciate it if you could also explain the reason for the return, as this will help us improve our products and service.

2. Printing: You will receive a return label from us. Print this out. If you don't have a printer, clearly write down the shipping address on the return label on the shipping box. Return shipping is still free. Please make sure to include a note with your name and order number in the shipping box so that we know who the package came from and can issue a refund.

3. Pack the package : Use a sturdy shipping box instead of the original Airdestic packaging. Make sure the product is complete and clean upon return. Please report any damage or incompleteness to us before sending.

4. Return label on the shipping box: Stick the printed return label on the box. Make sure any old labels are not visible.

5. Shipping : Take the package to a counter employee at a postal point (for example PostNL in the Netherlands and Belgium). Keep the receipt for at least 4 weeks in case the package is lost. The shipment is free. Please send the package to us within 5 working days.

6. Refund: Once we have received the package in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days to the account number with which the purchase was made. Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for the funds to appear in your account (PayPal and credit card payments may take longer).

How quickly will I be refunded after returns?

As soon as we have received the package in good condition, we will refund the purchase price within 5 working days. The amount will be refunded to the account number used to make the purchase. Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for the amount to appear in your account. This may take longer for PayPal and credit card payments.
